At Arts Collective Theatre, artists are at the heart of everything we do.

We know how much time, energy, and vulnerability goes into the audition process — and we also know how challenging it can be to juggle schedules, travel, and long in-person calls. As we continue to grow, we want our process to grow with our artists.

That’s why we’re moving to ongoing audition submissions.

By inviting performers to submit once and be considered for multiple projects, we hope to remove unnecessary stress and allow us to focus on what truly matters: connection, collaboration, and creative storytelling. This approach gives us the opportunity to get to know you beyond a single audition room and to build lasting relationships over time.
